I love Buti!! But I can't speak about results since I only do it once a week along with other wos. I can tell you what moves will work your abs and lower body. You will do a lot of plank cardio like mountain climbers. You also do plank work while moving your butt up and down, side to side, shaking, or in circles. You do deep yogi squats and do booty moves while in that position. I really feel my legs when I do that.
I like how I can get flexibility, cardio, and sculpting in one wo. I also love the music.
