those with ginormous collections: how often do you revisit your oldies?

i started going back to some workouts that appealed to me >3 years ago. this included reading reviews of workouts i have owned since they were released, reading old collage catalogs. i think i was doing this out of guilt, after noticing how much space my collection occupies. and there's more coming into the house from some recent purchases!

going back to these workouts was quite nice and i'm getting a good workout too. these were the old Shape workouts, Project You (pilates), classic Leslie (WATP-balls, abs, express), Gilad, Self Magazine, Crunch, Core Secrets.

the Core Secrets revisit was due mostly because i found some titles recently at a used book store.

I love revisiting my older workouts! I tend to do the same ones a lot,and then an old Firm will catch my eye, or something else. I do it and it feels so FUN again! And NEW!

I just loaned those Shape workouts to a friend in town, and thought "I really liked these after baby #3 was born--I should do them again". I do every once and awhile do Project You and WHFN.

LOL @ this-----my first thought was "Hmm, I haven't done one of those WHFNs in ages-I'll do one tomorrow". It's like I forget what I have-it's fun to rediscover the ones I like!

some of these symptoms may/may not apply to you.

1) you buy more containers rather than downsize
2) you hide your collection or parts of it to make it appear smaller
3) you have to categorize/sort them in order to remember what titles you own, or hire a librarian for maintenance
4) you have workouts of instructors from their "early days" thru current/recent year(s)

i know there's a separate thread on how you can tell if your collection is too large, but i've ignored such threads (denial).
