Favorite hour long strength & circuit workouts?

Hello,

What are your favorite hour long
1. total body strength workouts and
2. circuit workouts?

My preferred time length these days is 30-45 minutes; however these are my longer favorites (not necessarily in order):

1. STRENGTH
Jari's original Get Ripped
Jari's Ripped to the Core
KCM's 30 Mins Weights (combined premix)
KCM's NYC
Cathe's Muscle Max (the premix that's about an hour - I'm not a big Cathe fan but I like this)
Gilad's Cuts and Curves (doesn't include specific abs)
Rob Glick's Strength Training
Firm Super Sculpting (~50 mins)

2. CIRCUITS
Michelle Dozois' Your Best Body Circuit (1 hr)
KCM's Shape of Things to Come (50 mins)
KCM's 30 Mins Bootcamp (the combined premix, 1 hr)
Firms - so many! Vols 1, 2, 3, 6, Strength, Cardio, Total Body Shaping Mix, BSS1 Cardio Sculpt, BSS2 CAWT (plus I'm sure others I can't think of right now)
Jari's Ripped 1000
Cathe's High Step Challenge (but I modify a lot, lol)

I'm sure I'll think of others but these are off the top of my head.

I have been digging circuit workouts lately but have been doing paper versions (Lisa Schaffer's Kettlebell circuits and Val Water's I want my bikini body.) These are the DVD versions I like:

Strength and Cardio Circuits:
-KCM's Bootcamp:Two 30 minute sections combined are just under an hour. Dumbells are the only equipment. LOVE this one.
-Cathe's Drill Max: 72 minutes includes w/u and c/d
52 min total body premix(not sure if this incudes cardio)
62 min cardio and upper body premix
57 min cardio leg blast
Used to do this alot but can't do too much high impact anymore

- Kimberly Spreen's Cardio Combat Surge 69min. includes w/u and c/d
The strength moves are mainly upper body with the weighted bar and med ball IIRC. There are also various premixes.

-Jillian's Shred: All three sections together would be 73 minutes if you skip c/d on section one and two and the warmup on two and three.

-Sharon Twombly's All body Attack (70 min) uses a step
-Sharon Twombly's All body Cardio((75 min) uses a step
-Michael Olajide's Aero jump sculpt (63 min)- jump rope and body bar
-Cathe's Body Fusion which comes in at 50 minutes This is a nice intermediate level workout using step and dumbbells.

Cathe's Bootcamp would also fit the bill for cardio and strength and there are premixes for strength only but the cardio is too high impact for me.

Strength only:
Many of the above workouts include premixes with just strength moves but may come in under an hour.
I prefer to work out to paper workouts for strength circuits but KCM's NYC is good for this. My favorite total body strength workout right now is KCM's 30 minutes to fitness weights the Mixed Total Body Blast premix which is 41 minutes.

I don't do hour long workouts much anymore. If I do I like:
kathy Smith's Project You Full Body Circuit
WHFN Fast Cheetah, Push Pull
I like Women's Health Ultimate Fat Burn, I think it's like 40 minutes

I don't have any hour long circuit workouts. Plenty of hour long Margaret Richard strength workouts.

I like to combine Kathy Smith's Secrets to a Great Upper and Lower Body from her Super Slimdown Circuit dvd. That makes for an hour workout. What I like about this combo is that you spend more time working the lower body than most total body workouts, but the upper body and abs are not neglected. I think it's a nice counterbalance to most total body workouts where most of the time is spend on the upper body. I do this combo quite a lot.
