I remember seeing a chart showing how many calories different forms of cardio burn. Step aerobics, spinning and kickboxing all at the top of at-home cardio options.

Have you double checked the settings on your HRM to make sure they're correct (such as your height, weight, age, etc)????
I was thinking that I need to do this. I will check again. I am 5'1" and about 127 pounds(gulp!) I will check the settings again. Thanks for the suggestion.
