I think PLB is a good pyramid style workout, but like Kyra, I think PUB is overkill. This workout would have been much better had Cathe kept it a "true" pyramid style workout, instead incorporating supersets in this workout. I drop the second exercise and use it as a rest period. This makes it a pyramid workout.

Speaking of weighted vest, I really love my weighted vest. The prices are very reasonable, the quality is excellent, and shipping is free:

I have the 25 lb. weigthed vest in chocolate. Like Michelle, I really like using it for squats. My last leg workout I used a pair of 44 lb. kettlebells and my weighted vest, and it came up to 115 lbs.

Thank goodness I don't crave chocolate. Now, Cheetos is entirely a different story.

I don't care that's it's not TRUE pyramid (although, I'm sure if I researched I'd find someone somewhere that agreed this was a form of a pyramid workout ), I just enjoy them! I used to be too pooped to do the ball work after the standing leg portion but my endurance is better than it used to be and I think the stability ball work is what gives me the DOMS in my hamstring! I feel my back is worked nicely as every part of my body seems to be worked nicely. I like the pyramids as is (I do tend to get bored) and with all the premix options. I love the "overkill" on the bi's. I used to get major DOMS in my bi's but not anymore.

I still love 'em. I'm "loyal" in that once I love something or an instructor, nothings going to rain on my parade...I just gush and gush!!!
