New Essentrics TV website: can't sign in

So I went to essentrics TV today for my morning workout. I logged on just two days ago. There's a new website up that looks great (if perhaps harder to navigate). BUT I can't log in. I get an error message that I've entered the wrong password. I followed instructions on their site to log into Vimeo. I have contacted Customer Service, but I'm very frustrated. Anyone else having trouble?

So I heard back from customer service--very quickly, I might add. I guess everyone with a subscription to Essentrics will have to reset their passwords.

These are the instructions they sent via email:

The new Essentrics TV platform is here!

Visit http://www.essentricstv.com/ to sign in.
Your old password will no longer work. You can follow these directions to set up your login on the new platform:

1. Visit http://www.essentricstv.com/

2. To login enter the email address already associated with your Essentrics TV account (this is the email you used on the old platform & that you are receiving this email at) & click “Next”.

3. Select “Reset Your Password” and re-enter the email address already associated with your Essentrics TV account.

4. You will be emailed a link to reset your password (if you don’t see it in your inbox check your junk mail). Click “Set Your Password”.

5. Enter the password of your choice.

6. You can now log in with your email address and newly selected password.

I'm having trouble with my ETV also. I signed in but can't view the videos.

Sigh.

I'll wait for them to get back to me.

I changed my password this morning.

Like the new look, and hoping for new workouts soon

I think the new site looks great, but I’m not re-subscribing until they release more new content. I have no reason to subscribe to view dvds I already own. I’m excited about how you can search and sort, but please get on a regular release of new content

The new setup is beautiful and much easier to navigate.

It bothers me though that the intermediate and advanced sections have so much overlap. I would prefer that they either assign videos to only one section, or label the section intermediate/advanced.

I need new content too. I just signed up in August but I won't renew unless there's something new from the latest instructors.

I don't subscribe, but I noticed that they are finally offering a 1 week trial!

When will they start offering their workouts as digital downloads?

I love the new site and how the workouts are now broken out into different categories - searching on their old site drove me crazy. When I was first previewing the site, I think I saw somewhere that there is an App you can get on your phone, which I would love, but I can't seem to find information on that now. Does anyone here know?
