Exclamation Gadget Flashback: Billy's Balls! (2004)

As usual, I didn't keep the Tae Bo 2004: Capture the Power DVD set that included Billy's balls.

I use them for the longer Leslie walks where heavier weights might be too much rep-wise. At a half pound each, they aren't enough to work the muscles, but I find I can add more ooomph to arm movements.

That's a good idea! I don't have those but I have a pair of pink weighted gloves that came with a Jessica Smith 10MS boxing set. They're less than a pound each for sure. I hadn't thought about using them with walking workouts but I'll give that a try!

I still have the VHS workouts and balls! I love those little tomato balls.

I don’t have the videos anymore but still have the balls! They’ve decompressed a little over the years, though.

I have lots of Billy's workouts, but somehow I missed these. He's promoting the gripbell now.

These remind me of the Smartbells that were out quite a few years ago.

Oh yeah, you're right! I like the versatility of the Gripbells, but I already have dumbbells and kettlebells.

The Gripbells look really cool, but wow they're expensive!

I wonder how many of us VFers have spent time pondering these after seeing that link! They are kind of interesting...but yes, pricey!
