The Friends of the Library had their sale over the weekend. All their workout DVDs are always a $1 even if they have more than one DVD.
30 min Kickboxing - KCM (sealed) I have this one Dumb Training - Patrick Goudeau Sweating in the Spirit 2 - Donna Richardson Yoga Burn (4 dvd's) They had several of the Billy Banks, some Jillian, Pilates, yoga, and several workouts for pregnancy. Most of the workouts I already had especially the yoga ones. |

I just saw a Chair Gym at the thrift store. I've never heard of it. This isn't a knock off of a Pilates chair, is it?

Yesterday I found 23 DVDs from Les Mills ($3 each!)-the releases that are intended for instructors. They are all from the Bodyflow and CXWORK series. They look like fun workouts!

I was smiling all the way home thinking of my Les Mills finds. A true VFer! The title on the edge is only on the top 1.5 inch, and the thrift store price tag was covering most of the title. So, a happy surprise when I pulled one out to see what it was!
The CXWORX series are brown or orange on the edge. The BodyFlows are a dark lime green and previously I found a LM BodyCombat DVD and that has a dark lime green edge. Happy hunting!

Today I found -
Cathe's Turbo Barre new for $3 Tone It Up- Beach Babe 2nd Edition 2 DVD set used for $3. Not as nice as the Les Mills find, but I'll take it!

At an out-of-town Goodwill I bought Focus T25 (Alpha and Beta, no Gamma, Core Speed, or guidebooks) for $3.99.
