do any of you remember the playgirl video set from the late 80s early 90s? never got through the first one...they had men/women in a circle exercising but the camera ketp focusing on the pelvis and it wasn't even good 'eye candy'..I mean, you couldn't tell how to do the exercise and what they were showing was clothed (somewhat) and didnt' look all that great....and please don't tell me I threw them away too soon and missed the good part!!

Well, I had the Regis workout, it was a freebie with something I won off eBay. Never even previewed it.

Zsa Zsa wears leggings, a frilly blouse, tons of makeup, and rings with giant stones in her workout. She has two really large men in those singlets that wrestlers wear hoisting what look like 2-lb dumbbells. Throughout the workout, she makes comments about her husbands, looking sexy, etc. At one point, she has one of the men stretch her, says something about how you can get the pool boy, your lawyer, whoever, to help if your husband isn't around.

I wonder if I mistook the sports illustrated series for another one? I was picturing one with barely clad women and very suggestive camera angles with barely any workout whatsoever and no instruction?
but I stand by the Regis workout. isn't there even a scene of him eating a sandwich?
