Low Impact Challenge/Cooldown for Runners
I totally got lost in combo 4 and did not attempt to do the section that put all the combos together. I look forward to really learning the choreography in this one. Low impact but very challenging. I really want to get back to 5 or 6 workouts a week but it has been tough with my work schedule and other changes taking place as I have one year left before I hit 50. I'm going to keep going though.

Vintage Classical Stretch hour long workout followed by a 30 minute Travis Eliot yin yoga from YouTube. This was the first time I tried yin yoga after Classical Stretch. I found I was able to go much deeper into the yin poses. I’m going to try this combo again.
