Cheryl Happy Birthday! I'm sorry for your loss. I was praying that he would pull through. Lynn Try watching this workout with her daughter Sarah. She helped me so I was able to follow along with Miranda. I also had problems with the slower movement. Today DD and I did something new, a virtual adventure workout. It was simple cardio with a background of snowy mountain peaks, icy streams, etc. It was short but DD loved it. We followed it with a 10-minute Reps to the Rhythm Walk. Later I did a Heather Robertson unweighted leg workout that I like to do--I've done it a few times.
Cynthia, I'd like to hear about that recipe! Also, the best I do no matter my efforts is an average of a 1/2 pound/week loss. But that is always better than no loss or going higher. Diana, thanks for your prayers. I've been praying for his wife too, because she just lost the love of her life. He was a very healthy guy, so it was quite unexpected.
