I like Power half Hour, too. It uses light weights, and the transitions are very fast, so the cueing is similar to Kelly-Coffey Meyer, cueing as the move comes up w/out an intro. I know that a lot of reviews had complained about the combos, being hard to learn because of this, but after a few times it does get easier. I generally do not care for Emily as an instructor, but she was less woopy/hyper than her other videos, and she has a lot of endurance to get through the cardio sections w/out being winded. I like that it is short but a good workout.
Cardio Inferno w/ Sue Mi is 30 min. cardio w/ 3 strength sections w/ light weights. The cardio sections do get the heartrate up & you can go a little heavier on the stength sections because of the counts she does for the moves. Her cueing is kind of like Emily's, but I think that Sue Mi did a good job with this workout.
