I really enjoyed this Cathe Live. Fun music and moves...short and sweet and more like a steady state cardio. This workout will be done again.

So fabulous, everyone. Do you all love doing multiple exercises (multiple videos) in one day? I am starting to kind of like mix and matching sometimes.

Today was my rest day.

Hi Ricka – I usually workout for about an hour. The bootcamp workouts I’m doing last 40 mins including warm up and cool down. These are structured as 4 rounds of 5-6 exercises in a work/rest pattern. I’m using the FugureRobics as a muscle endurance/cardio add on to my main workout. I did include a third less intense FigureRobics workout during the weekend because I have more energy and time. Basically, this third workout is a “bonus”. No big deal, if I skip it. I do the workouts planned for the day non-stop one after the other.

So yes, current rotation is a mix and match of two different workout styles on same date.
