Cathe's LITE - I did my own mish mosh - cardio blasters from cardio party (great little step routine) and from Bodyweight and Bands, and then the workout from Bodyweight and Bands, which is such a great little workout with minimal equipment.

Shiva Rea- Core Yoga 30 minute mix. I've had this DVD for about a year and have never done it! It's been so hot lately and my energy has been drained so 30 minutes was plenty for me.
