I am trying to put together a list of favorite Cathe Ab segments. I plan to do one segment every 2-3 days. What are some of your favorite Cathe Ab segments? They can be DVD segments or from the Cathe Live workouts.
Ab Hits is a great choice of hers. I like it for traditional and some non traditional (plank) work.

I’ve always enjoyed the ab premix from Cathe’s original Bootcamp. It’s only 10 minutes and back in the day I would run through it 3x for a total of 30 minutes of abs.
I also really enjoy the ab work from Muscle Endurance (on the same DVD as the original Bootcamp). It’s approximately 12-minutes. Sometimes I’ll do Bootcamp abs followed by Muscle Endurance abs.
Abs segment from Lean Legs and Abs, Crossfire, Step Jump and Pump, Cardio and Weights, Ripped With Hiits Ab Bonus, Strong and Sweaty Abs, LITE, ICE, FitSplit.
I like the abs segments from Xtrain, Icy core #1 from ICE, Low impact circuit, Power hour (short but effective), Lean legs and abs and if I have more time, workout #1 from Core max.

Also agree that the original Boot Camp and Muscle Endurance have very good ab work. I really like the abs in ICE. Don't care for the ICE workouts I have, but it's worth it for the core sections.
I think my favorites are the segments from Cardio and Weights, Low Impact Circuit, and Step, Jump and Pump. I also love the bonus stability ball abs from Butts and Guts.
