I tried one of these yesterday and really really liked it. Well, except that it was a beginner segment and for the most part was intermediate, except for a minute of pushups.

I was going to start a thread but this fits perfect. Isn't it amazing the amount of free workouts we have available to us? I mean I could never purchase another workout ( HAHAHA, did I say that!) However there are great awesome workouts out there for free to fit everyones needs
