At first I thought it was a pricing mistake and was ready to jump! But then I saw it has production issues:

'Off the Cutting Room Floor' workouts are fantastic training sessions that we feel fall short on production values but meet our high standards of training effectiveness for our loyal customers.

I wished they went into detail as to what they were displeased with.

They only have a limited quantity. If I wait for reviews, they might be all gone by then. Wait a minute! I don't even a have a treadmill! Ummm, not owning a treadmill didn't prevent me from acquiring Treadmill Tempo and Cheetah Fast last year.

I'm going to think this one over. I rarely make a 1 item purchases since shipping adds too much to the overall cost. Plus, it's UPS rates this time.

I look forward to your review sheepla.

Where's Runervals 5.0 --10 K training?

I want to get this DVD with Runervals 5.0 to save on shipping.

Does anyone know when they will have that available ?

I may just call tomorrow...

Looking forward to your thoughts, Sheepla. I didn't know there was a limited number available.

Let us know what you find out if you call, Cheryl.

I got this yesterday..

I won't get my treadmill till next weekend but I did preview this last night.

This is my first look at a Runerval, and in classic Troy fashion, it's got a good level of insanity .The title pretty much explains it....Up, Up, & Up, the Hill Climber. You warm up and then each set has 5-4? one to two minute intervals (depending on set) where you slowly, with each one, increase the grade. You're also progressing up over your base pace with the sets as well. The last set has you doing 3X5mph above base pace at 15% incline..or as high as your treadmill goes.

Production values aren't bad. It's a little bright at the beginning and there are spots where it's not crisp and smooth filming but I've seen worse on other workouts sold as "not cutting room floor" stuff. It's filmed in the Tri-speed shop with 4 runners...nothing fancy. One woman has awesome form...or appeared to me to have it...and one of the men had a 2:17..if I remember correctly, PR for a marathon

It was so insane to watch I'm wondering why I can't wait to try it! LOL

Thanks for the preview Nancy. And congrats on the treadmill! I think I'm going to go ahead and order it.

That's good to hear (and is just further evidence of what a classy operation spinervals is that it didn't live up to their high standards, though others might try to get away with it).
