High Intensity Low Impact

HILIT Can anyone tell me videos that fit into this category, no longer than 30 minutes?

I know Jessica Smith does. There's a segment on 10 Minute Quick Walk Mix that's HIIT, and Burn Fat and Have Fun has an interval workout too. I know she has a ton of Youtube stuff too, but I'm not really familiar with those.

Cathe's XTrain - All Out Low Impact HIIT is a good one. It is about 38 minutes including warm-up and cool-down.

I hate sliding discs, so I skip that part.

Turbo Fire Firestarter. I think it may only be on Beach Body on demand unless you can find the dvds used somewhere.

If you don't mind Youtube, these are good. The third one down is a Jessica Smith video and I would recommend any of hers for being high intensity and relatively low impact.

I think my kettlebell workouts fit this bill. Other than that, I think Cathe makes some great low impact high intensity workouts. I would also add Ilaria workouts to these categories. Cathe has premixes that will fit your timeline, and Lauren Brooks tends to make shorter workouts too. Ilaria's are definitely longer. Her Abs and Pushups workouts would fit this bill, though.

One word of caution: Cathe’s definition of low impact doesn’t really mean low impact. It’s more like lower impact.
