New to me
maybe you also.
I discovered YUDYA has a lot of new instructors in yoga. they sound very good. I just went to the YUDYA on youtube and found one hunk a man I'm definitely trying today.

he is good but it was tooo challenging for me.. I am not at the level to do any kinda bird. that pigeon is enough for me. You can keep the rest..

Ah Jason Anderson. His practices on Udaya are good but can be challenging. He seems to have a kind of sports theme to many of his practice.
Dan Ward is a great instructor both on Udaya and PowerYoga.com. His practices are more gentle and he has some lovely Yin practices too. Or try Steve Jones. Super sweet classes. And there is always my beloved Rudy Mettia. SO much to choose from! I have a hard time not cheering for Udaya Yoga. I've found SO many great practices and instructors on there.
