I've done the whole thing a few times, but (a) the extra time I need to allow can be problematic, and (b) it kills me. Like, nothing but (groaning) remains left on the floor at the end of it.

I think I only did the whole thing once, when I first got the DVD. I do either Squeeze or Squeeze Stronger every Sunday, but I don't do the premixes--I just mix & match the segments I like. What saves me the most time with SS is that I skip the abs work (I don't like to do c-curve & traditional crunch work for abs); I also usually skip the push-ups b/c after the rest of Tracey arms work, the push-ups seem totally unnecessary!
