Did you use your new bike?

It sounds like there were no Lemond Revmasters there, if there were 200 trainers. Hope Greg wasn't too disappointed And don't give up on your Sinerval career, you're just getting started

I, too, like the format and agree with Karen that 90 seconds isn't very much for a recovery after an all out effort like that. I guess that's where Troy packs all the punch to these workouts.

This sounds like a good one. Did he give you any clue as to what the workouts would be like before filming?

I hope to hear about your duathlons!

Suzanne,

Sounds like a must-have workout. I bet it was another great Spinerval experience especially since you got a chance to talk to Greg LeMond.

Sounds like a winner.....

I join the band wagon of liking the format of the 3 thirty minute workouts. Nice to do a brief Spinerval. Anyone can squeeze in 30 minutes ...

Greg LeMond has done a lot of work with cycling and the Special Olympics. One of our patients has met him and adored him and has his autograph, etc, etc. I knew you'd like him!

I can't wait to hear about your duathalon reports also. You'll be riding outdoors??? Sure hope there's no camping involved! Keep us posted. You're an inspiration to so many people!

Riding outdoors = Yes.
Camping = NO WAY

Andrea: The only thing that we knew before the filming was that the workout would be three 30 minute workouts. In true Troy fashion, he left us in the dark until the last minute. Hmm, probably a good thing, since those sprints almost killed me.
