Mindy Mylrea's Tabata Bootcamp with Toys? What do you think? Is it fun? How do you use it? TIA

I have it, but have not done it. I don't have all the toys, no bosu. I plan on using my step, when I can actually wade through all my virgin dvds to get to this one. I know it won't have the same effect, but I think I'll still get a good workout. Hopefully others will chime in.

Thanks for chiming in Bubbles! I don't have a bodybar, but I was thinking maybe a regular barbell with small plates would work, I haven't decide yet, but I like that there are so many options, I think they would be good finishers. Booty Camp since like it is not available anymore.

I actually got a bosu a couple of months ago, so I really have no excuse LOL. One of these days when I try it, I will report back!

Like with the Tonique dvds, I went on a Mindy bender a year or so back when her dvds were going for really cheap

. I like the ones I've tried, but haven't tried this. I like her Intensity Overload No Equipment.
