Does anyone create workouts that don't include all this jumping, hopping, hitting the ground, etc? What happened to basic workouts that still produce results? Beachbody has been around along time and I'm sure they still have customers who have stayed the course with them since the beginning. In other words, they are older, their joints can't take all that jumping up and down. They need to make workouts that appeal to their older customers, as well as the young ones.

What a turnoff. The way the trainer behaves makes the clip look like a parody of a hardcore trainer. “It’s all you, bro!” And since when does Beach Body put out content with cursing??? I can only imagine what Dysfunctional Parrot is going to say about this.

Losing my mother and my grandmother to stroke, chronic disorders, and disease — things that could have been prevented — really drove me to be a trainer.” Recently, he invited his brother out to Los Angeles for three months and helped him lose 50 pounds. That alone is an impressive feat, but Amoila is proud of the other positive changes it inspired.
“My brother became obese after my mom died. He was suffering from depression, had PTSD, and was on disability from the U.S. Army. Since he’s been getting in better shape, I’ve noticed his mental health improve. Now, he has a job and he’s more engaged with life.”

Amoila received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science from University of Central Florida, and he’s an NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and NCCPT (National Council for Certified Personal Trainers) certified personal trainer.

Beachbody LIIFT4 has some jumping but there's always a low-impact modifier, and the HIIT cardio sections are nearly always short. I keep a subscription to BBOD just because of LIIFT4.

Sigh. Does the bad language (beeped out) make it better workout? I may swear at the TV, but I don't want an instructor swearing at me.

So far, I am so glad I didn't renew BOD.

I could never do the extreme workouts in the first place, but I totally agree!

That one looks like a good workout with a motivated instructor, way better than the first clip.

I get that there are many people who want a high energy tough workout. I don't get wanting to be yelled and cursed at. To each their own I guess.

Wow. Just the language would keep me from doing that program. A workout shouldn't need an explicit language warning. Apparently they don't care about parents working out in their living room with their kids in the next room.

I have a lot of Beachbody programs and have liked all the ones I've done (some are still untouched). But I have no interest in streaming or being sworn at.
