Not dvd, but I could never get rid of Keli Robert's Ultimate Step, my original Firms (Vol. 1-4), Kathy Smith's Weightloss Workout, many of my Charlene's. Cathe's Power Hour and Rhythmic Step.

On dvd,
Sin6 because of Slim & Limber
some of the Slim Series (Tone, Mix, Shape, Cool)
Cathe's Pure Strength, Slow & Heavy, CTX.
Margaret Richard's workouts...all of them
Kelly Coffey-Meyer's strength workouts...unfortunately her cardio is way too energetic for me.
Sara Ivanhoe's Yoga for Dummies and Candlelight Yoga.
There are others...some of Kathy Smith's new compilations.
Some of my Leslie's.
Squeeze Stronger and Pure Barre...I'm falling in love with barre workouts
A few Jari's: her original Ripped, Ripped & Chiseled, Slim & Lean.
I may hang on to Michelle's Your Best Body trio...and a couple TLT's.

There are others I'm sure, but can't recall...

I still own the first VHS I ever bought and would not get rid of any of them, even if I should. I did share a few DVDs with others recently, but intentionally trade or sell? Never. I'm not a hoarder by any means, but my workout collection is a serious matter to me and is off-limits....and, subsequently, it is vast.

I too, hate to say never but as long as nobody holds me to it, as I am known to be tempted by great trades!
Here's what I cannot see leaving my collection anytime soon:

Squeeze
Cathe's gym styles
Leslies 5 day slim down
Amy's slo-mo
Amy's APX
Turbo Jams, especially the two ball ones, funny I never do 'em but they look so fun!
Winsor Bun & Thigh
Personal Best ( on a vhs in clamshell-loved this workout!)
KCM Body definition
Firm Stability Ball workout

I have some coming in trades now, that, even though I don't yet have 'em, I cannot see me parting with them funny eh?!

I'd never part with:

KCM 30 MtF series
Firm 1-3 +TBSM
Gilad's Quick Fit System
some Classical Stretches - not sure which ones, but a couple at least
some barres - haven't decided my favorites yet, though

I'm sure there are LOTS more I'd hate to part with but these I'd try to grab if my apartment were on fire.

All from Denise Austin:
Body Makeover Mix
Body Burn with Dance & Pilates
Hit the Spot: Tone & Tighten Abs, Buns & Thighs

Edit: Wow, I actually got rid of a LOT that I couldn't part with before. I removed those from my list, but I still have my Denise videos.
