Upcoming Challenges/Programs

I thought it would be fun to see the upcoming challenges/programs that some of our favorite instructors were planning and give others a chance to learn about them. December and January seem to have a lot of these. Here's what I know about so far:

Caroline Girvan - Dec 1-24 20 min workouts daily
Heather Robertson - Dec 4-18 Fierce 14 Strength Based workouts
Pilates & Yoga with Katya - Dec 1-24 Daily workouts

Kaleigh Cohen (YouTube strength and spinning) has a 6-week holiday fitness schedule.

She also posts them on Facebook. The workouts are a mixture of older and new releases.

Sydney Cummings is starting a new 30-day program called FOCUS. Workouts are 30-45 minutes

I’m not sure. Her schedule for this week says it’s “push/pull/legs”, with this lineup:
Monday - cycle
Tuesday - 30 min cycle + push/core
Wednesday - leg day
Thursday - active recovery/rest
Friday - 20 min cycle + pull/abs
Saturday - strength + cycle (live)
Sunday - rest

Her cycling workouts run 20-60 min. Most of her strength is 20-40 (but mostly 30ish). I don’t cycle — I just use her weights workouts.

I finished Caroline Epic 3. I feel I was lost without a rotation. I do not usually do any rotation so it's kinda weird. This is great. I'm stringing 2 of Caroline's workouts into 1.
