i can't find much on your best body bc when i search it says that those terms are too common.

Can anyone give me a breakdown of the workouts on the dvd? when I look at youtube clips it seems like alot more upper body. Does it really alternate upper body and lower body?

also, edited my original post:

i'd prefer mostly upper body alternated with lower body with heavy emphasis on back of body. not too much separate core bc i notice my heart rate starts coming down.

Would love heavy emphasis on butt, back, hamstrings, triceps

Your best body doesn't have much lower body. Here is the breakdown from Collage, just click on emphasis details:

Tracie Long's Back Up is not exactly what you're looking for but it does emphasize the back of the body. You might take a look at the clips at Collage.

I think any of the New Rules of Lifting books might work. I would look them over at the library or bookstore to see if they meet your needs.

I would also make a request for this type of workout in the suggestion area at Cathe's website. She might consider it. Amy Bento might be another one to ask.

I've really been looking for strength work that alternates compound multijoint upper and lower body. Does cathe (or anyone else) have anything like this?

Also, i don't have a pull up bar. what do people use to substitute for this?

Ok... I put the DVD on, and the the menu that is playing says that the 45 min compound-only timesaver premix has "no abs".
