Exercise and Digestion.
Dealing with a few digestive issues these days. I'm blaming the number of antibiotics winter seems to bring into my life. Working on rebuilding my good bacteria. But also, wondering how exercise might play a role. What exercises/videos, etc have you found to be good for your gut (in the literal since) . Personally, I like Jen G's standing ab work and Rainbeaus Yoga For Beauty Dvds (Dawn specifically, I like Dusk less but its still okay).
