Karla and Venus - thanks for posting those links!

For now I'm doing Man Flow Yoga - I will post again once I complete today's workout.

I may add in more male instructors as the month goes on!

You're welcome! I'm looking forward to hearing about Man Flow Yoga I sometimes feel more comfortable with male yoga instructors because they're not usually as flexible as the female instructors. I guess that they are less intimidating to me.

I dusted off my Body by Jake Total Body Workout tonight. It's a retro workout with some special effects that are interesting. It's a no/low impact cardio and light weight circuit training workout. I like Jake Steinfeld as an instructor. He's upbeat and fun.

My next workout was Yoga for Well-Being with Jason Crandell. I did the Mental Clarity 20-minute practice. It's a good beginner's practice. I find Jason's voice very soothing.

Star Trainers Strength:
Kendell Hogan Peak Performance Sculpt (compound exercises) (20m)

Bob Harper Pure Burn Super Strength:
Workout 2 Beginner Strength (20m)

(Both workouts are good, but I prefer Bob Harper's style -- it is more traditional.)

I was looking for gentle practices today, and these fit the bill perfectly

Qi Gong Upper Back and Neck - Part 1 & 2 with Lee Holden. This is one of my favorites to release neck tension.

Yoga for Sciatica - Relief and Prevention | David O Yoga Thanks buffmama for letting us know about this instructor

  • hi/lo portion of CIA 3004 (25m)
  • hi/lo portion of CIA 6003 (40m)
I kept it all lower impact. The choreography was easier in 3004; there's a learning curve to 6003, plus you need a lot of space for both. All in all, it was a fun workout. At my age, I need to take all of the CIA workouts an entire level down.

I did this short workout as a warm-up (followed by A.M. Pilates with Jillian Hessel and Yoga with Adriene MOVE Day 3 - Stretch):

Martial Fusion: 7-Minute Kickboxing Cardio Workout

I've also been doing the three Zumba videos in my last post once a day. They're more fun when you know the routine

I’m doing a Udaya daily yoga workout with Vytas. I just like his instruction, straight and to the point with no fluff. I’m just randomly picking a workout each day from the offerings on Udaya.

a.s.a.p fitness with Paul Katami I only did the ab section. It was my first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. It has a nice warm-up, standing ab work and mat work followed by a short stretch. I wanted to do the longer stretch/yoga section but got a late start and need to get dinner ready
