I'm still here. Students started back last Thursday, so I've extremely busy with getting everything ready. My plan is to get back to some routine this week. Later with a workout!

Hi ladies. Long time, no see. Since I posted I've lost my son, husband and brother. 2020 and this year have broken me. I hurt my back so badly I can hardly walking just wanted to say hi and thanks for years of encouragement. I can't work out at all. Sure miss it
