Lift w/Cee- 40-4-40 workout six
I start with her Warmup up workout for weights for all of these workouts (8 min.) Today I ended with her full body mobility and active recovery workout (11 min.) She repeats moves 4 times- I do it once and then stretch for the rest of the time she does the move. Worked out great!
