Tanja Djelevic- Lower Body Burn. This is on a compilation Gaim DVD - 5 day fit Trouble Zone Solutions. There were a few pushups which I skipped. I've never done this workout before and every time she said, "EXCELLENT!" I couldn't help but think of Mr. Burns from the Simpsons. She says it just like he does!!! Oh, and the scenery is GORGEOUS in this workout!

I’m glad you’re taking it easy for a few days. Best to prevent having a serious injury when possible. I’ve had friends that didn’t listen to their body and have had serious injuries as a result. If I even have an inkling something isn’t right I won’t push myself.
I once saw a very fit woman that had her bicep torn off. I was at a restaurant with my husband and initially admired her physical fitness. Her physique reminded me of Cathe until I noticed her right bicep hanging loosely. It was disconcerting. My guess is she went way too heavy and tore the muscle.
I’d love to go on a vacation where Tanja shoots her videos. The scenery is breathtaking.
