Dance Body?

I was on IG and saw a video of Molly Sims exercising so I went to the instructor’s page and saw it was Dance Body. It looks Tracy Anderson like. They have streaming workouts too has anyone tried it?

Awesome, thank you! Definitely a no for me. I was interested in the sculpting stuff but buffering would annoy the crap out of me.
