https://www.onnit.com/shadow-jitsu-b...-training-dvd/ I agree with Taiga, ESP - XC is good in terms of training. The ENDURANCE phase is quite different and effective. I don’t have anything similar. The workouts in this phase are not endurance in terms of tons of reps exclusively. There is emphasis on isometrics. I have done some of the others from the next phases but not many. I found the workouts in these phases something you can find somewhere else. Phase 2 STRENGHT is straight lifting and phase 3 POWER has plyometrics. The core workouts are great. I believe is a great program for overall fitness improvement. Not fancy production, but that is something that doesn’t bothers me as long at the workout match my goals and interests.
