Linda thanks for checking in! So glad for the good news. Prayers continue for your recovery.
Diana, what -- December already! Thanks for starting our month. Just saw this in the GD. I've never heard of Lucy Wyndham-Read, but she has posted a virtual fitness advent calendar on youtube. I looked at today's -- 11 min low impact cardio. Sounds like fun. https://www.lwrfitness.com/fitness-advent-calendar/ Check-in: that youtube 11 min cardio, and Cardio Barre 42 min workout.

Linda, it's great to hear that things went well! Thanks for letting us know!
Checking in with a low impact cardio workout from Bodyfit by Amy and an outdoor walk. It was cold! It didn't get out of the 30s today. Cynthia, if you try that calendar, let us know how it is! DD started her advent calendars today. I always get her a couple different ones and we have a fabric one as well with different velcro characters and animals from the Nativity. We got her a gingerbread house kit too. It's nice to see her excitement! Cheryl

Linda, so glad the surgery went well and you are doing well. Hope your SO gets there soon! My mom is back in the hospital. Her oxygen levels and blood pressure dropped, though she doesn't have Covid. It's very sad to see how this is going and we went through this with DH's dad |

Thanks everyone. Once I woke up in recovery I wasn't there very long. The nerve block wore off after about 18 hours. Before surgery the pain was mostly coming from the A/C joint. Now the pain is my arm from the rotator. I plan to start backing off the pain meds tomorrow.
Cheryl, it's cold and windy here. We might get a little snow tonite. Cynthia, let us know how you like the Advent calendar. Lynn, sorry to hear your mom is back in the hospital. My SO will be here in the morning if he isn't too tired to drive after working all night. If he needs sleep he'll be here before dark. He'll be here 13 days!

Hi Everyone!
Lynn {{hugs}} Today was teaching Bible study at the school, a hair appointment, and shopping for the blessing box at church. I didn't have time for a formal workout but I was busy and on my feet most of the day so I got well over my step goal. Have a Blessed evening!
