I second that one. Also her Maximum Intensity Strength. Cathe does a lot more form instruction in her earlier weight series, IMHO.

I look at some of the new ones and it's like they assume you know to engage your abs and use good breathing technique for lifting. I like some of the new YouTube instructors, but really don't know if they have any kind of certifications. One of the all-time best cuers is Gin Miller. Yet, her kettlebell workout is downright dangerous, IMHO. Be careful out there!
