I also like KCM's Weights and Split Sessions - the main workouts of each are splits, but there are good total-body premixes.

I just started a rotation like this this past week but incorporate HIIT on my non strength days.
KCM Cardio Pump Workout 2 (Pump) Jessica Smith has a couple of Total Body from her Walk Strong sets KCM Your Best Body Cathe PHA (Premixes shorter workouts) KCM Muscle Up (May have total body premix-I haven’t checked yet)

I have and love a LOT of what is already on this list. (mostly Jessica Smith, with some KCM, Ballet Beautiful and Ellen) I dragged out an oldy the other day that surprised me, and maybe you have it. Tonya larson's Pure Pump? It has 2 20 or so minute WO's on it. A little abs is thrown in, but there is a separate ab section if you want to do more. I did the first workout on it and really liked it! You just may not be able to go that heavy if that is your goal. Oh, and there is an option to combine it all into 1 WO as well.
