I have yoga sandals and wear them often. And JackieB is right....they do help reduce foot pain. Especially where my bunions are.

Welp, now I have a pair headed my way. I'd been wondering if they'd be helpful -- I have a lot of foot pain. So I finally caved.

Do y'all wear them just when you're sitting around the house?

Which ones did you order? After reading reviews of the different ones mentioned, I decided to get the Yoga Toes and I'm looking forward to seeing how they will help my feet.

I have looked at them many times and always notice the price difference for different brands.

Is there any reason to spend more for the real YogaToes?

I found a product called Correct Toes by a podiatrist that can be worn in your shoes or walking barefoot. They suggest the type that are like YogaToes are actually over-stretching and aren’t as good for alignment.

It seems like there could be a place for both. I think I’m going to give the Correct Toes a try, though unfortunately the price is even higher.

I wear mine at night while watching TV. I put them on and watch the show and take them off. The shows are usually 45 minutes or so.

I’ve been wanting to try Yoga Toes forever but never really had a reason to.

So lately I noticed that my third and fourth toes on my left foot have been stuck together. When I do lunges or any exercises or Yoga poses that require balancing on my left leg/foot I’m having a difficult time and I’ve always had really good balance.

I decided it was time to try Yoga Toes. I bought the originals from Amazon in a size small (I have a size 10 foot). I got them yesterday and wore them for 15-minutes while relaxing in a lounge chair in my yard. I didn’t find them to be too terribly uncomfortable.

I wore them for another 15 minutes before bed.

This morning when I was putting my socks on preparing for an outdoor bike ride I notice to my astonishment that the toes that had been stuck (third and fourth toes on my left foot) had a tiny bit of separation. I’m pretty shocked that the Yoga Toes worked so fast.

I am going to keep wearing them and will report back later on my progress (hopefully my balance on my left leg will improve).
