Anyone still use Winsor Pilates regularly?

I've been on a kick recently, (re)acquiring some older Winsor titles. I like that they're shorter than a lot of current workouts of that style (I feel like Pilates/Barre/etc. tend to favor hour-long workouts). The DVDs I'm doing are in the 20-min range and are great for adding on.

I know Bun & Thigh Sculpting has a loyal following. (I've used that one off-and-on for years). But what others do you like? I have:

Bun & Thigh with and without the band

(Also 2 others from that same band series)

20-minute with the Pilates circle (this was my very first Winsor, ordered from an infomercial and I keep returning to it)

I usually do but slacked off while going to physical therapy. I'm planning to return to my collection to keep up the benefits from PT.

Winsor is my tried and true system and I have them all except for the Endless Fitness series and the very last series which didn't get good reviews.

My most used from the original sets are the original 20 Minute, Buns & Thighs and Upper Body; Dynamic Sculpting Circle, Dynamic Sculpting Ball, and Power Sculpting with the band

From Gaiam and Shape days, I reach for Flat Abs Pilates and Pilates for Pink Slimdown the most.

For 2020 I vow to get a Pilates stick with bands so I can do the Slimming Series workouts.

I use Winsor pilates pretty regularly in my routine. It's funny, about 20 minutes is my sweet spot for pilates too. I use the Buns & Thighs ones (both with and without the band) as my go to workout whenever I don't feel like doing anything. I like the circle one too. Winsor Advanced Body Slimming is also around 20 minutes and I used to do that one regularly. It moves quickly though and sometimes my form gets a little sloppy as a result. The Maximum Burn Basics is also 20 minutes but I don't reach for it as often. I think the ones she did for Shape are broken into 15 or 20 minute segments but I haven't used them as much. I have so many of her dvds but I seem to use the same few over and over.

I like being reminded of workouts I love.

I haven't done these in awhile but when I did I loved the 20 minute, and accelerated body sculpting from the original set and, of course, buns and thighs.

I think 20 minuteish mark is the perfect length, too.

I think I have the Shape workout but haven't ever done it.

Yes, there was - at least for the Slimming Pilates kit. I'll research for you.

We probably should keep them now that she is ill. People will be clamoring to get one of dvds. Now that I have a reformer, I don’t use the mat dvds any more.. I disliked being on the ground.

Well it's not a rotation per se but here is a chart of the DVDs in the Slimming Pilates set and the equipment needed for each:

I have quite a few of Mari’s DVDs but have yet to really click with her as an instructor. I wanted to mention that the iTunes Store has quite a few of her workouts and most are quite inexpensive. Apparently there is an app to allow you to stream on android. I’m not sure if you can download as you can with Apple.

Thank you Pat! I do have the various rotations for this set, but I didn't remember there being rotations for Mari's other sets. I searched a bit, but didn't turn anything else up. I guess she wasn't a rotation maker.
