Well I wanted to use up an Amazon gift card (before it gets consumed into my monthly subscribe & save cat food order

), plus lately I have osteopenia/osteoporosis on the brain, ack!... so today I bought the following DVDs:

~ Safe Strength Training for Osteoporosis Prevention
~ Resistance Band Training for Osteoporosis Prevention
~ BoneSmart Pilates Aging Strong Volume 2 (plus a few accompanying props)

I do have some osteopenia and I figure it's smart to learn what the best muscle- and bone-strengthening exercises I can do are.

I bought a pre-sale of Boho Beautiful Transform program on Dec 24, and it was released and I received it on Jan 1. I'm not planning to buy anything else in the near future. Subject to change.

Powerfit Harmony which I snagged for about $10 total on Amazon, which was a reward for my true first purchase of 2019, also an Amazon lightning deal, of Circuit Burnout 90, which I am finding challenging and not in a good way. So I figure when I do Powerfit it will restore to me my sense of superior fitness and mastery which has gone missing while trudging through the CB90 set...
