TA on Dr. Oz

Just saw on TA's FB page that she will be on the Dr. Oz show tomorrow 5/6/13.

Thanks! I have it set to record. I thought I read that she was going to be on the Katie show. I have that set to record too just in case.

Did anyone else catch the segment? I just saw it, it was good. Dr. Oz said his wife & daughters do the workout. He had 4 different women come on stage as examples of the different body types. Tracy talked about Meta, the Meta diet and filmed an 8 minute workout for people to do at home. I'll attach the link, it should go to the video on Dr. Oz's site. She went through arms, standing abs and floor work with Dr. Oz & the participants. Dr. Oz did pretty good!

Thanks for letting me know about it Karie!

My takeaway points:
~I think her hair looked really nice.
~Her shoulder moves would tweak my shoulders for sure. Strange angles, imo.
~She said "good job!" waaaay too many times. (I felt like I was back at work at the preschool, lol.)

I saw it. I thought Tracey looked great. Dr. Oz was a good sport. TA even sounded better--more articulate. I just started working out with her again and I felt motivated to continue. She seems way more polished and more comfortable with media attention. I was surprised (no reason why) that his wife and daughters work out with Tracey. Wonder if the audience was convinced. The women who participated were really good sports also--and very brave.
