Ruth, I don't have that video, not being a fan of Pilates band workouts. Which is funny because I realize they're supposed to better simulate reformer exercises and I love reformer Pilates. But when it comes to doing mat Pilates at home, I like the 'naked', no-equipment approach best.
ETA - except for light dumbbells, that is.
