Workout trend you never plan to try?

For me it's kettlebells, in spite of all its claims and the general enthusiasm. I just cannot see how it could be safe. I do not want to risk ANY injury as I know how long they can take to heal.

But I have also learned never to say never when it comes to workouts

Tracy Anderson. Babies come out of the womb weighing more than she says I should ever lift, so I don't think much of her method. No offense to anybody who loves her--she's just not for me!

Barre. I think the dancer's body is a genetic/diet thing, and even in my 20s when I starved myself down to a pre-anorexic 114 lbs at 5'8" I still didn't have anything that could possibly be molded into a dancer's body. I've got big hips, big ankles, big wrists, a big skull!

Zumba. It looks like a fun way to boost cardio capacity, but Cathe's HIIT and/or sprinting stairs do a great job of that in 20 minutes. If I spend an hour at something I'd rather it be with weights or yoga.

Ditto on the "Insanity-type" and TA workouts. Insanity and it's ilk would just make me sick as hell, and TA freaks me out enough I avoid her workouts too.

Kettlebells - too dangerous to my cats.
Dance - too dangerous to my self-esteem.
I don't like workouts that use a lot of equipment, and I don't have much room, so Cathe and suspension trainers are both on my "not under consideration" list, but "never say never" applies to those.

Pretty much any type of dance workout, such as Zumba.
Insanity, I personally would be insane to even try it Just too high impact for me.
Kettlebells, I will only do lightweight cardio style kettlebell workouts. I don't feel for me personally, it would be safe swinging heavy bells.
