Thanks for the tip on Jessica's dvd.

There's the old (but still good) Tamilee Webb stretch DVD with 3 10 minute segments - one standing, one seated in a chair, one on the floor. It's great.

I keep seeing this also. But I am only seeing 3 classes, is there another one?

When you open up link, on the left hand side it showed a mobility one live along with the other classes so I assumed it came with the course.

Jane Adams has 2 40 minute segments that are all on the floor. Both are shot outdoors.

0ne is on Gentle Yoga, I do this almost daily.
The second is on Yoga for Beginners.You use quite a few props.This is a wonderful program.

I put together a playlist of mobility routines, include a few different mobility challenges. The first half are all around 6-10 minutes and the second half is longer routines (mostly 20-25 mins).
