Yin Yoga Travis Elliot new video

I did a search for yin yoga videos on bing. If you click open the video section you can see clips of the videos. I found Travis Elliot posted a free new hour long Yin yoga class on youtube.

Great thanks for posting. I'll get DH to do this one with me. The only kind of Yoga I can get him to do is Yin Yoga, but it's still fun to have him do yoga with me.

Thanks for posting this. I just finished this video after doing and intense week of several HiiT workouts. It felt so great to stretch and open my hips and lower back. I saved it to my favorites videos and now I'm considering buying the ultimate yogi!

Same here - DH always asks when I'm going to do the yin yoga practice from UY, so we'll do this tomorrow instead!

Oh so I'm not the only one

The Yin practice from UY was my first exposure to yin. I remember I was telling DH about this practice and how much I struggled with it. But he showed interest in it and actually did it with me. Since then we've done a few different yin yoga practices together. I've tried to get him to do other yoga practices but since Yoga is completely new to him, he has a steeper learning curve and gets frustrated or uncomfortable trying to look at the TV, etc. I think yin is hugely beneficial so I'm grateful he enjoys doing it with me.

Ditto. I've been curious about yin yoga, and he's absolutely right that it can be a mental challenge to hold a pose for that long! I'm doing another round of Blissology this month, and this made for a nice change of pace.
