I thought I was the only one on VF who didn't click with her, at least initially.
I had Strong Body Fit Body, and didn't like it a lot. It was okay, but I knew I wouldn't do it again. I've read good reviews of SBAB, so thought it might just be the workout. Some of her comments in SBFB annoyed me, but then I like Jillian. I guess if I like the workout enough, I can tune out the comments.

On the other side of the coin, two years ago I was all about KCM, had over 10 of her DVDs and now I have one, which I never reach for. I guess after doing her workouts for a while I realized that I don't really dig them after all. Too creative of moves and I don't like her explosive lifting. Too bad because I like her personality.
I think she has a nice personality, but I didn't like the workout - Plateau Buster. I thought I might like her other dvd's, but when you don't like the first one you try, it puts you off some. There are just so many instructors out there to choose from.

Forgot about that group of lovelies - they're a little too cheery and fake upbeat for me. I like encouragement but I don't need a "you're great, woohoo!" after a paltry two biceps curls.

I would recommend SBAB, try to rent or borrow if you can and see if you like it. It's a solid workout that hits everything in about 40 minutes. Is it my most favorite workout I own, no but it's quite good, no nonsense, gets the job done.

No thanks - because the fun factor for me is zilch. I've tried, and tried, and tried to like it (I try about once a year) and I just can't.
This is mine. I did her exclusively for over a year. I haven't done any t-tapping for over three years. I've tried. As soon as she talks I want to pull my hair out. I think she should get a few of her trainers to put out some dvd's but that's not likely to happen
