I do enjoy pulling out oldies (or not even oldies but just ones it seems like I never do) and it's like they are new again! So that answers that question, YES I have enough.

But like many others, it never feels like enough.

Researching and buying new workouts is definitely a source of motivation for me. I can use the new workouts to get myself pumped up again about an exercise regime. And I do tend to reward myself with workouts when I hit certain milestones.

Unlike others, I tend to stick to the same range of genres, so I tend to buy a lot of workouts that are similar. I often ask myself, "am I sure I 'need' this workout?" Then again, I am learning how to use my workouts or weed them out.

On the whole, it's a good thing to be spending money on! Fun, functional, and haelthy!

Do I have enough workouts?

From the viewpoint of a normal person, I have more than enough.

From the viewpoint of a vidiot and member of VF, absolutely not!

Enough? No, I have too many! I've gotten rid of a bunch (need to update my signature) but need to get rid of lots more. I'm determined to bring my number to under 100; 50 would be great!

ETA - Come to think of it, 50 isn't likely but 75 is perhaps doable.

100? Ugh, I could only hope. I'll be lucky when I'm under 300.

I always say to myself that this will be the last dvd that I'll buy and then I see another dvd that catches my fancy or I think to myself "this dvd will get me into super shape" so I "have" to buy it.

Great Question!!

Enough? Sure, I've been buying for years, through many moods, goals, & bandwagons and I haven't gotten rid of anything. So yes, I have enough.

But for the record, that has nothing to do with my continued interest in buying!

I went from having WAYYYY to many to having just too many! Someday I will get my collection down to just "enough".

I accumulated an obscene number of workouts over the years. Many I picked up at discounted prices. Others, I just fell victim to the bandwagons and jumped on board without really thinking it through.

What I found was that I have a select bunch that I use over and over. The rest I barely touch, or were still virgins! ALso, there was a LARGE number of workouts that I liked but could no longer do due to knee issues. Also, I switched to 4:00 AM workouts during the week which makes complex choreo totally out of the question. No time to rewind until I get it right--I gotta get to work on time!!!

So I traded in a TON of my workouts to Amazon recently. I still have several hundred and I would like to pare that down even more. Having so many to pick from is too overwhelming, IMO. Eventually someday I will have enough.
