Since I work out in the morning, after having a cup of coffee, I put on the same underwear I wore the day before.

I assure you, they go into the laundry bin after my workout.

Omg... I have LOL'ed at some of your secrets! Great thread!

So here's mine...

I work out in front of a big screen TV in our basement and put a mat down in front of it to work on. If that mat gets off center and isn't aligned with the TV, I have to stop and kick it back into place. Just bugs me if it's off. I do the same with my step when it moves.

I recycle outfits twice in a row.. won't do that all week though.. The way I see it, if you don't sweat that much, it can be worn again. Definitely saves on laundry!

Definitely talk back to instructors.

I will recycle workout wear but I don't wear the same shoes twice in a row. Weird, I know... I have three pairs of workout shoes that I cycle through in a week.

I make unintentional faces, then when I catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I roll my eyes, try to stop making the face, then over-exaggerate the face.
I love to do TA's DC, and misstep and fly around and act like I look like TA (until I catch a glimpse in the mirror of my flailing)... I feel like a 5 year old in dance class, but I'm happy and it's fun!! I'm sure some time I will wrench my knee though...
Wow I think we are kindred spirits. I too toot when I want (one of my favorite parts of working out at home). I make dumb faces and laugh at my self. And I too look like a five year old in dance class. I would also have to say I pull my hair up in the most stupid looking top knot with a head band to keep hair off me so I look kind of freaky.
