Morning Meltdown looks promising...but The Work looks awful. Never mind that I've no interest in that extreme style of workout (not to mention lack of ability) but the yelling! I do not use profanity, though I don't necessarily avoid shows that use it (I mean, the language is terrible in The Marvelous Mrs.Maisel, and I loved that!)...but this was just too much. Grating.

I'm not even remotely interested. Give me P90X, CLX, Turbo Fire, Slim Series, Project You, BBL, and even Yoga Booty Ballet over this!

Not interested in "The Work". I might try some Morning Meltdown, though!

I haven't been interested in anything Beach Body in a long time, but I did the sample Morning Meltdown workout this morning and really enjoyed it. Made me curious whether it's possible to purchase this. I'm so behind the times -- I guess they are only streaming now? No way to purchase a download even?

I'm starting the program, today choosing the censored language version, cursing does not motivate me.

Beachbody doesn't sell downloads, and their recent programs have been streaming-only. You can still generally buy DVDs of the older programs.

Their newer programs tend to have more workouts - a unique workout for every day of the calendar. They give that as a reason for no DVDs, but it's kind of circular; they wouldn't have shot the programs that way until/unless they'd decided on a streaming-only model.

I don't really care about the language (I admit to using the f word after finishing one of Amy Dixon's Breathless Body workouts in it's entirety) but I am not at all motivated by someone yelling at me. I don't care if the words are intended to be encouraging (i.e. you can do it, work harder), if they are said at 100,000 decibel level, I am out. This guy appears to be credentialed and if this is your style, good for you!
