I signed up! Barre3 is pretty generous posting their workouts in YouTube, Vimeo, and their Facebook page. I also like their retail - so cute!

thanks, I signed up. Never have done a barre3 workout so hopefully they are fun as I am not a barre type person.

I would say barre3 is definitely different from traditional barre. I'm really enjoying it because they feel almost like mobility workouts--not too fast, more large range of motion exercise than you'd find in your average barre class.
