. DD has informed me she would like to start some weight training workouts. She's done some bodyweight workouts before but she wants to try the dumbbells now. She's looking for short workouts. I'm thinking youtube or even apps work best for her. I'm woefully ignorant in those areas, especially apps. So any basic, short suggestions? She gets bored easily so short is the key word here.
